HEART STOPPING STUNTS AT BMX TRACK

With death defying leaps and heart stopping stunts, it was just an ordinary day at the Terrigal BMX track.

TERRIGAL BMX DO CENTRAL COAST PROUD AT WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS

Terrigal BMX Club has recorded some impressive results at the World Championships held at Adelaide.

More than 20 riders from the club qualified for the event, with four of those bringing back five world plates to the Central Coast.

TERRIGAL BMX IMPRESS AT NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

The Central Coast will be well represented at the World BMX Titles in Adelaide, with 15 riders from the Terrigal Club qualifying for the event.

Age isn’t a barrier in the sport, with riders aged from as young as eight, right up to 45.

TWO MEN REFUSED BAIL OVER TERRIGAL HOME INVASION

October 27, 2008

Two men have been refused bail in Gosford Local Court over a home invasion at Terrigal.

Brisbane Water police say a 48-year-old Mattari Road resident was confronted by two intruders wielding knives and an iron bar.

The victim suffered a head injury and knife wounds to his hands and arms.

A short time later police arrested two men aged 38 and 41, near the Terrigal BMX track.

They were allegedly in possession of the victim’s mother’s car.
