PRIVATE MEETING OVER AGED CARE

Minister for the Hunter, Jodi McKay, has not been able to give any guarantees regarding the future of the Wallsend Aged Care facility.
She’s met with families affected by its proposed privatisation, and promised to look at whether the criteria for a new operator can be made public.
