DESAL PLANT DUBBED A DUD

The Tugun Desal Plant is not even a year old - but a report has found its pipes are rusting, valves are faulty, and major tanks are already cracking.

The Queensland Opposition is calling it a dud, and is questioning why it was built, if it’s only running at a third of capacity.
