FATAL TRUCK CRASH ON F3

Part of the F3 Freeway between Sydney and Newcastle became a crime scene, after an accident involving a truck and a Roads and Traffic Authority vehicle, that left a man dead.

It’s believed he was an RTA employee, preparing to start maintenance work on the side of the freeway.

Five other people were injured.
