DOLPHIN PLAN HATCHED

After two full-scale and very costly rescues, a plan has been hatched to stop dolphins from getting into Ballina’s Prospect Lake.

Australian Seabird Rescue has come up with an idea, and the council says it’s happy to foot the bill.
